How quickly we respond

• Correction and takedown requests: within 48 hours.
• Privacy requests: within the time required by applicable law (for California residents, 45 days).
• Everything else: as soon as we can.

What we can't help with

• We don't provide personal financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. For an official figure, your employer, your bank or the relevant agency has the final word.
• Horoscopes, tarot, readings and dream interpretations are entertainment; we don't offer personal readings or consultations by email.
• We can't act on behalf of the IRS, the Social Security Administration, banks or retailers.
• If you bought something through one of our links, the retailer handles orders, shipping, returns and warranties. The purchase is between you and the seller.

Your Social Security number, bank or card details, passwords, health information or photos. We don't need any of these to help you.
