Pratidia
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Pratidia collects when you visit pratidia.com, use our tools or contact us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. It includes the disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA").
The short version
- There are no user accounts. We only receive your name and email if you email us.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. View, share and reaction counts are anonymous totals; your IP address is used only briefly, in memory, and is never written down.
- The birth chart, horoscope, numerology, tarot, angel card and playing-card tools run in your browser. Only when you ask for an AI interpretation do we send the minimum needed to write it (for example, "Moon in Taurus, 4th house").
- Coffee-cup and palm photos are processed in memory, sent to an AI provider for your reading and then deleted. They are never stored, never logged and never used to train AI models.
- Dream descriptions you type are sent to an AI provider to write your interpretation. We don't store them.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.

Information we collect and how we use it
When you visit the site. Like every website, our site automatically receives your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested and the time of the request. Our server and Cloudflare process this to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse.
View, share and reaction counters. We count daily views and share-button clicks for each piece of content, plus total reactions per piece. To stop the same person from inflating a count, your IP address is kept together with the content and the action for up to 24 hours, in server memory only. It is never written to disk, to our database or to logs. Our database holds only totals that don't identify anyone. The reaction you chose is remembered only in your own browser (see our Cookie Policy).
Astrology tools. Your birth date, time and place are processed in your browser, using an astronomical library and a list of places that ship with our site. No outside service is contacted. So that you can share your result, the values you enter are added to the page address (URL); if you share the link, the recipient can see them. If you ask for an AI interpretation, we send our server only the calculated placements (planet, sign and house) or the names of two signs, never your birth date, time or place. These interpretations are general texts that are the same for everyone, and we store them per language without linking them to you.
Tarot and card readings. Cards are shuffled and drawn in your browser, and card meanings come from fixed data on our site. Angel cards and playing-card readings run entirely in your browser. If you ask for an optional AI tarot interpretation, we send the cards you drew and, if you typed one, your question. Readings without a question are the same for everyone, so we store them by card spread; your question is not stored.
Dream interpreter. The dream you type is sent through our server to an AI provider to write your interpretation. We don't store it in our database or write it to logs. Please don't include real names, health information or details that could identify you.
Coffee-cup and palm readings. The photo you upload is held only in our server's memory, sent to an AI provider to write your reading, and wiped from memory as soon as the reading is done. It is never written to disk, never logged and never used to train AI models. If a face is detected, no reading is made. Photos are never used to identify anyone.
Daily limits. To limit abuse and cost, readings and AI interpretations have a daily allowance per visitor. For this, your IP address is kept with the tool and the date for up to 26 hours, in server memory only, and never written down. Our database holds only daily totals per tool: how many readings were made, how many were declined and what the AI cost us.
Calculators. What you type into our calculators is processed in your browser. It never reaches us and is never stored. We keep only an anonymous daily count of how often each calculator is used.
Product links. When you click an affiliate link, your country is determined at that moment only to send you to the right store. We keep only the total number of clicks per day, country and referring site.
Embedded posts. When a trending piece features a public social media post, we store the post's address, the account's public name and our own short summary. YouTube videos don't load until you press play; for other platforms we show only our summary and a link. The owner of a post can ask us to remove it using our Corrections, Takedowns & DMCA page.
Trend signals. To see what people are talking about, we read public trending lists from sources such as Google Trends, Reddit and YouTube, as well as official announcement feeds. This involves no information about our visitors.
Membership and member posts. If you join, we process your email address, username, display name, optional bio, the date you accepted the Terms of Use and session data (a hashed session key and last-seen time) to provide your account. Sign-in links work for 15 minutes and only their hashes are stored; the emails are sent from our own mail server ([email protected]). Quizzes and lists you submit are published under your name and profile after an editor reviews them. To prevent abuse, sign-in requests are counted per IP address and email for one hour in server memory only. You can delete your account at any time from "My account"; your membership record and sessions are deleted and your published posts are removed.
When you contact us. If you email us, we collect your name, email address, the URL of the page you're writing about and the content of your message, to reply and keep a record of how we handled your request.
Visitor statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn't use cookies or local storage, doesn't track you across websites and gives us only aggregate numbers. Google Search Console shows us aggregate data about how our site appears in Google search; it doesn't run any code on our pages.
We don't intend to collect sensitive personal information. Please don't include it in your messages or dream descriptions.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Contabo GmbH: hosting; our servers are located in the European Union (France).
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, security and cookieless analytics through its global network.
- Anthropic PBC and OpenAI: AI providers, only for the readings and interpretations you request (photo, dream text, cards and question, or placements). Under their commercial terms, these providers don't use data sent through their APIs to train their models; they may keep it for a limited period (typically up to 30 days) to monitor for abuse.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We don't share personal information with affiliate programs or advertisers. Share buttons (WhatsApp, X, Facebook, Telegram) are plain links; nothing is sent to those platforms unless you click. When you click a product link or play a YouTube video, that site uses its own cookies and its own privacy policy.
Where your information is processed
Our servers are in the European Union (France), Cloudflare operates a global network, and our AI providers are based in the United States.
How long we keep information
- Emails and requests: up to 2 years, then deleted or de-identified.
- Technical logs: only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
- IP addresses for counters and daily limits: in memory only, up to 24 hours (counters) and 26 hours (reading limits).
- Reading photos and dream descriptions: not stored; photos are wiped from memory as soon as your reading is ready.
- Aggregate counters and general interpretation texts: contain no personal information.
Cookies, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We only store what the site needs and what you ask for, such as your light/dark theme. See our Cookie Policy for details. Because we don't track visitors over time or across third-party websites, our site doesn't change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. If we ever sell or share personal information in the future, we will treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out.
Your California privacy rights

|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, IP address | Hosting and security service providers |
| Internet or other electronic network activity | Browser and device type, pages requested, request times | Hosting and security service providers |

Sources: directly from you, and automatically from your browser or device.
Purposes: the purposes described under "Information we collect and how we use it" above.
Sensitive personal information: we don't intend to collect it, and we don't use or disclose any personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Retention: as described under "How long we keep information" above.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.
There are no ads on our site today. Before any ads go live, we will update this policy, add a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to the site and honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Your rights
If you're a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we've collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes and recipients
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
How to make a request: email [email protected] with the subject line "California privacy request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. To verify your identity, we'll match the information you provide with what we hold, usually by confirming the email address you used to contact us. We'll confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days; if we need more time (up to another 45 days), we'll let you know why. Because IP addresses used for counters and limits are kept only briefly in memory, we can't retrieve them for you.
Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your signed permission and ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Shine the Light: we don't disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Residents of other states
Several other states give residents similar rights to access, correct, delete and opt out. You can make any of these requests the same way, and we'll respond as required by your state's law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy appeal."
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and keeping reading photos in memory only. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our services or the law change, and always before we add advertising or new tools that process personal information. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect below.
