Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Pratidia (pratidia.com), and in particular its membership and member-post features. By using the site you accept them; to join and submit posts you must also accept them explicitly.

1. The service

Pratidia is published by CodInSec and offers calculators, guides, quizzes, lists and entertainment content. Horoscope, tarot and dream content is for entertainment only. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or medical advice.

2. Membership

• Membership is free and passwordless: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for the security of your email account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to join.
• Your username and display name may not impersonate anyone or contain insults or advertising.
• You can delete your account at any time under "My account → Profile → Delete my account"; your published posts are removed too.

3. Member posts

Members can create and submit quizzes and lists. Every submission is reviewed by an editor before it goes live; we decide whether to publish, ask for changes or remove a post. Approved posts are published under your name and profile link with a "Member post" label.

Submissions may not contain:

• Political campaigning, crime stories, health or medication advice, gambling, or crypto trading tips
• Claims about real people, insults, hate speech, harassment or discrimination
• Anyone's personal data (full names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, etc.)
• Inappropriate content aimed at or about children
• Copies of other people's text, images or works without permission
• Advertising, spam or links placed for promotion
• Misleading or curiosity-gap headlines

Links are allowed but are marked to search engines as user-generated.

Messaging and contribution level

• Where the site enables messaging, members can send each other plain-text messages. Only the two members see them; our editors review reported messages. Harassment, threats, advertising, bulk unsolicited messages and sharing personal data (phone numbers, addresses, IDs) are not allowed.
• You can block a member or turn off messages from your profile. Daily limits and a maximum of 3 messages before the other person replies apply.
• The contribution level on your profile is calculated only from your published posts, their reads, reactions and shares. It can't be bought or transferred and has no monetary value.

Editor applications

Members can apply to become editors; we decide at our discretion. Approved applicants get an editor panel account separate from their membership and a password link by email. Editors also agree to our publishing and privacy rules, and access can be removed at any time.

4. Rights and license

You confirm that you own your submission or have the right to publish it. You keep the copyright. By submitting, you give CodInSec a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, format, translate and shorten the post on the site and its social media accounts for as long as it stays published.

5. Moderation

We may decline or remove posts that break these terms. For repeated or serious violations we may suspend or close the account, which also removes its published posts. Daily submission limits apply to prevent abuse.

6. Reporting and takedowns

If a member post infringes your rights, tell us through the Corrections, Takedowns & DMCA page or at [email protected]. We reply within 48 hours. Copyright notices follow the DMCA process described on that page.

7. Personal data

For membership we process your email address, username, display name, optional bio, the date you accepted these terms and your session data. See the Privacy Policy for details, including your California privacy rights.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". Opinions in member posts belong to their authors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions or errors.
